White Labyrinth The small, narrow passages typical of Cycladic villages seem to form a labyrinth to the uninitiated traveler, like the view in this photo from Santorini. The pathways seem to draw the wanderer in, rewarding the adventurous at nearly every turn with an astonishing view, compelling artifact, or experience well worth the effort of finding one's way back home after hours in the whitewashed mazes.
