Two Chairs with Table
In Greece, the sight of two charis and a round table is a ubiquitous sign of hospitaility (philoxenia) and the ages-old coffee culture where sitting with a small cup of strong coffee and an equally intense small sweet is an afternoon ritual. The surface of the table here with its multiple dents and irregularities bears witness to a long history of frequent use.
