Poster Information

Information on submitting an abstract for consideration for poster presentation can be found in our Call for Abstracts.

There will be three poster sessions. For each session, posters will be placed on stands arranged at the rear of the conference center. Presenting authors will need to be at their poster for the entire assigned session. The exact poster location may vary from day to day.

Session assignments will be given in the conference program provided during registration. No scheduling information will be released prior to the meeting (Why not?). Posters need to be brought with you to the conference, as there are no stores where a poster can be printed on the island. Electrical power is not available at the posters, so plan on running any laptop or tablet demos on batteries. Poster putty will be provided.

Poster Dimensions Posters must be no larger than 43 inches / 110 cm wide, by 43 inches / 110 cm tall. Posters may be smaller in either or both dimensions.

NOTE: The exact location of poster display may change for 2026 from the description and photograph above, to be determined very shortly before the meeting, however, the maximum size of the posters will not change.

ALSO NOTE: there are no facilities to print posters on Milos, Greece. You must bring your poster with you.

FINAL NOTE: if it is too windy, we may need to tape your poster down to the poster board, so that it will not be torn and blow away. While we will be careful, the tape is not removable from your poster afterward. If you want to have a clean poster after the meeting, to display at your home institution, for example, leave the outer 10 cm blank as a margin on all four sides. That would mean the area for content would be 20 cm smaller in each dimension, at 90 cm x 90 cm, so as to not exceed the size given above. We are actively trying to implement a better solution.

Posters are expected to describe data, analyses, simulations or conclusions that have not been previously presented. AREADNE Conferences are well-known for premiering exciting, impactful research. Show everyone your best work!
